术中结肠灌洗在左半大肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合中的应用分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨术中结肠灌洗在左半大肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合的可行性及临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析1999年1月～2008年12月收治于我院的采用术中结肠灌洗行一期切除吻合手术的256例左半大肠癌并急性梗阻患者的临床疗效资料。[结果]本组患者经过治疗,治愈率为92.97%,术后并发症发生率为15.23%,术后生存率:1年为74.22%,3年为62.50%,5年为39.74%。[结论]术中结肠灌洗在左半大肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合手术中是可行的,且疗效较好,并发症少。[Objective] To investigate the intraoperative colonic lavage in acute obstructive left colon cancer,and a resection and anastomosis of the feasibility and clinical efficacy.[Methods] 256 patients with acute obstructive left colorectal cancer treated intraoperative colonic irrigation line a resection and anastomosis surgery were retrospective analyzed from January 1999 to December 2008.[Results] The cure rate was 92.97%,postoperative complication rate was 15.23%,postoperative survival rates were as follows：1 year 74.22%,3-year 62.50% and 5 year 39.74%.[Conclusion] Intraoperative colonic lavage in acute obstructive left colorectal cancer with resection and anastomosis surgery is feasible,and it is efficacy and little complications.
