四跨膜蛋白CD151在肝内胆管细胞癌中表达及与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨四跨膜蛋白CD151在肝内胆管细胞癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR与Westernblot检测36例肝内胆管细胞癌标本中四跨膜蛋白CD151的表达,免疫组织化学检测100例胆管癌组织中四跨膜蛋白CD151的表达,分析其与病理特征的关系。结果:18例早期复发肝内胆管细胞癌组织中CD151mRNA的表达明显高于未复发组(P<0.05);免疫组织化学检测显示CD151蛋白阳性表达率为61%(61/100),其表达程度与肿瘤大小、组织分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关;肿瘤越大、分化程度越差、TNM分期高及有淋巴结转移者CD151表达越高(P<0.05)。结论:肝内胆管细胞癌CD151表达与其恶性表型相关,可能参与其侵袭和转移。Objective：To examine the expression of tetraspanin CD151 and its relation with elinicopathological characteristics in inhtra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Methods： Expression of CD151 mRNA and protein in 36 cases of primary tumors of intra hepatic cholangiocarcinoma were analyzed by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively. Expression of CD151 was further analyzed in 100 cases of primary tumors of intra hepatic cholangiocarcinoma by immunohistochemistry. Finally, the relation of CD151 with clinicopathological characteristics was assayed. Results： Expression of CD151 in 18 cases of primary tumor with recurrent intra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma were much higher than that of non-recurrent group （P〈0.05）. The high CD151 expression was significant correlation with the poor differentiation, high TNM staging, large size and lymphatic metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The overexpression of CD151 was correlated with malignant phenotype of intra-hepatic cholangiocarcinoma and probably implicated in invasion and metastasis.
