摘　　要：好的英语演讲稿是英语演讲成功的第一步。英语演讲稿的写作方法和技巧主要体现在三个方面：演讲题目的选择、文章结构的安排和常用的语言风格。演讲的题目应当新颖而有趣，结构力求完整而清晰，语言风格则主要体现出口语化、简明化和修辞化的特点。A good English speech draft is the first step leading to a successful speech. There are mainly three aspects to achieve good English speech writing： topic selection, structure arrangement and language style. The topic should be new and interesting; the structure should be complete and clear; and the language style should be oral, concise and rhetorical.
