中国体育产业园区发展考察与成功因素分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、案例分析法、比较研究法,总结我国现有的体育产业园区的发展经验,以促进体育产业园区在我国广泛、可持续地发展。研究结果表明,北京龙潭湖体育产业园、苏州环太湖体育圈、环青海湖民族体育圈、深圳观澜湖体育产业园区虽然各自具有不同的规划背景和发展现状,但发展优势和成功经验中蕴涵着共有的规律。中国体育产业园区的成功发展需要相对优越的资源、相对广大的市场、科学和高起点的规划、政府和企业的相互配合、先进的市场意识以及发挥产业的关联性等因素。By the methods of documentary review, case study and comparative analysis, this paper sums up the experiences of the sports industry parks to enhance their extensive and sustainable development in China. The result shows that Beijing Longtan Lake Sports Industry Park, Suzhou Tai Lake Sports Circle, Qinghal Lake Sports Circle and Shenzhen Guanlan Lake Sports Industry Park have different planning background and development status ,but there are common laws in their development advantages and successful experiences. It concludes that the successful development of sports industry parks needs the following factors ： ample resources, sufficient market, scientific and superior planning, coordination between government and sports industry, market consciousness and focus on interrelationship between sports industry and other industries.
