摘　　要：贫困女大学生是一个较为特殊的群体,在就业难问题上,既有普遍层面上的特征,更有特殊层面上的因素。文章较为系统地梳理了贫困女大学生就业中的几大突出问题、就业难而产生的社会负效应,提出了相应的对策。文章指出学校要重视对贫困女大学生的教育,帮助她们做好职业生涯规划,做好就业指导工作;贫困女大学生应注重个人综合素质的养成和提高;全社会都要关注贫困女大学生的就业问题。Impoverished female graduates, as a relatively special group, face the issue of difficult employment with both general features and particular factors. This article systematically sorts out several outstanding problems in their employment performance and the negative social effects arising from employment ditticulties, putting forward some relevant strategies. It is pointed out that universities must attach importance to the education of impoverished female students and help them make their career designs with vocational guidance. These female students should develop and improve their own comprehensive abilities. The whole society ought to show solicitude for the employment issue of such female graduates.
