摘　　要：提出随着知识经济和信息技术的发展,多维度组织形式存在的必然性,并对多维度组织的内涵、分类及特征进行了深入的剖析,指出了多维度组织的适用范围。With the development of knowledge economy and information technology, it is necessary for multi-dimensional organization to exist. It analyses the meaning, classification and characters of multi-dimensional organization and brings forward its application area.
