摘　　要：忻城土司衙署位置的斟择、结构布局与艺术装饰的巧设都具有鲜明的民族特点,是传统传承心理与科学生存的完美融合。我们要善于研究现代人对古建筑艺术审美的心理走向,注重在土司衙署建筑艺术审美过程中、在土司历史生活场景形象复原中、在土司一条街的重构中、在土司建筑艺术产品转化中来激励旅游者参与旅游体验,从而实现"文化搭台,经济唱戏"的开发目标。The location,the structure layout and the artistic decoration of the chieftain goverment office of Xin Cheng county bears distinctive ethnic characteristics,reflecting the perfect combination of traditional psychology and scientific existence.We should be good at studying modern persons＇ sychological tendency towards artistic aesthetics of ancient construction.The tourists should be encouraged to enchance their experiences in the process of artistic aesthetics of the chieftain goverment office construction,the restoration of chieftain＇s life,the reconstruction of the street of chieftain,the transformation of Chieftain goverment office construction arts production so as to realize the target——＂Economy prospers by the means of culture.＂
