摘　　要：高等院校进行的每一项以寻求发展为目的的改革都是基于办学主体的一种"发展观"。而选择何种模式的发展观则完全取决于办学主体的理论自觉、对未来发展趋势的体察和把握。面对高等教育大众化背景下不同高等教育发展观和模式,如何取舍和把握?我们认为,"科学发展观"为我省高等教育的大众化发展模式指明了方向。Every reform by an institution of higher learner aimed at seeking opportunities for development is based on a certain outlook on development of the university. The choice of an outlook on development and higher education mode depends on the university＇s theoretical consciousness, and awareness and understanding of the direction of future development. Faced with so many development outlooks and mode in the context of popularization of higher education, we believe that the scientific development outlook will provide guidance in our choice of an appropriate higher education mode for our province.
