摘　　要：心理健康是现代健康概念的重要内涵,是中小学生接受教育及学习科学文化知识的前提,也是学校实施素质教育的有效途径之一。通过体育锻炼,对中小学生情绪、情感具有调节作用,有助于不良情绪的宣泄,可以培养中小学生坚强的意志和良好的环境适应能力,有助于提高中小学生自我认识和评价的能力,能改善中小学生人际关系,从而对中小学生的心理健康产生积极的影响。The psychological healthy is an important concept of modem healthy connotation, is the premise of the elementary and middie school students to accept the education and study scientific eulture knowledge. Also it is one of effective ways for school implementation education with all - around development. Tiffs article has carried on the simple elaboration tirough the influence of physical training on the elementary and middle school students＇ psychology.
