自体骨髓基质细胞体外扩增促进病人造血功能恢复的研究

摘　　要：２２例骨髓象完全缓解的急性早幼粒白血病（Ｍ３）接受相同的方案化疗，１２例在化疗结束后第２天回输体外扩增的自体骨髓基质细胞。结果：回输基质细胞的实验组化疗后１、２、３周粒、红系祖细胞产率均高于单纯化疗的对照组（Ｐ＜００５），化疗后实验组外周血象较对照组下降缓慢，且下降到最低点的时间提前，而达到最低点的血象值显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜００１），血象恢复至正常的时间也较对照组提前。提示：骨髓基质细胞输注能促进化疗后造血功能的恢复。Twenty-two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (M 3) who acquired complete remission were treated with the same chemotherapy and 12 of them were given intravenously autologous bone marrow stromal cells (ABMSC) multiplied in vitro at the second day after the chemotherapy The results showed that the productivity of CFU-GM and BFU-E in experimental group (patients receiving ABMSC after chemotherapy) was higher than that in control group (patients receiving chemotherapy only) 1,2,3 weeks after chemotherapy ( P <0 05) The hemogram in experimental group decreased slower than that in control group The time of reaching the nadir of hemogram in experimental group was earlier, and the lowest value of hemogram was higher than that in control group( P <0 01) The time of recovery of hemogram to normal in experimental group was earlier than that in control group It is concluded that intravenous infusion of ABMSC cultured in vitro can promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function and shorten the inhibitory period of bone marrow after chemotherapy
