摘　　要：目的研究上皮钙粘素(E-cad)和β-连接素(β-cat)在牙龈癌组织中的表达与其生物学行为的关系,探讨牙龈癌浸润、转移的机制。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测E-cad和β-cat在45例牙龈癌(试验组)和22例正常牙龈组织(对照组)中的表达。结果 E-cad和β-cat在试验组中异常表达率分别为60.00%和64.44%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。E-cad表达异常与牙龈癌病理分级、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。β-cat的异常表达与牙龈癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05或<0.01)。相同标本中,E-cad和β-cat的异常表达有相关性(P<0.01)。结论牙龈癌中广泛存在E-cad和β-cat蛋白表达异常,联合检测E-cad和β-cat蛋白表达有可能作为评价牙龈癌浸润转移的较好指标。Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in squamous cell carcinomas of gingival and to explore its relationship with the biological behavior. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin （E-cad） and β-catenin （β-cat） in 45 cases of squamous cell carcinomas of gingival and 22 normal gingival samples. Results The abnormal immunoreaetivity for E-cad （ 60. 00% ） and β-cat （ 64. 44% ） in squamous cell carcinomas of gingival were found, which were significantly different from that in normal gingival samples （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The abnormal expression of E-cadherin was correlated with tumor histological grade and distant metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression rates of abnormal β-eatenin were correlated with tumor histological grade and distant metastasis （ P 〈 0.05）. The consistency of abnormal expression of E-cad and β-cat was correlated with each other in the same sample （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin and β-eatenin occurs frequently in squamous cell carcinomas of gingivaL The expression of E-cad and β-cat may be useful markers for assessing differentiation, invasion and metastasis of squamous cell carcinomas of gingival.
