摘　　要：均衡生产是衡量一个企业生产管理水平高低的一个标准。翟镇煤矿随着矿井采场不断延伸，对矿井的安全生产有很大影响，该矿不断调整管理思路，从管理制度和现场管理入手，实施了安全自主管理、机电事故向零进军等措施，现场管理实施完善了正规循环作业、写实管理、系统优化、技术创新等方面，改变了重生产轻安全、轻质量的现象，不断完善了均衡管理思路，形成了一整套系统的安全生产管理模式，为矿井各项目标的完成打下了坚实基础。Balanced production is a standard to measure the production management level of an enterprise. With the continuous extension of the mining face of Zhaizhen Coal Mine, it affected the production safety greatly. Zhaizhen Coal Mine has been constantly adjusted management approaches by going about management system and field management. It implemented independent safety management, electrical and mechanical accidents approaching zero, and other measures. In respect of field malagement, it has improved the implementation of regular cirm^tion of operations, realistic management, system optimization, technological innovation, and so on. It has changed the phenomenon of caring more about production than safety and quality. While constantly improving the approached of balanced management, it has formed a complete set of systemic production safety management model, which laid a solid foundation for attainment of various objectives of this coal mine.
