摘　　要：目的探讨上皮钙粘附素(E-cadherin,E-cad)在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理资料和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测119例胃癌组织中E-cad的表达水平。结果本组119例胃癌中,E-cad异常表达率为51.3%(61/119),正常表达率为48.7%(58/119),异常表达表现为E-cad在细胞膜上的表达减少。E-cad的异常表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和预后显著相关,而E-cad表达与年龄、性别和胃癌的TNM分期无相关性。结论大多数胃癌存在的E-cad的异常表达。E-cad在胃癌的侵袭与转移中发挥着重要的作用。检测E-cad的表达可作为判断胃癌分化、浸润、转移和预后的良好参考指标。Objective To evaluate the expression of E-cadherin in gastric cancer and to examine the relationship of their expressions with various clinicopathological parameters and patient survival. Methods In this study, we conducted an immunohistochemical investigation of E-cadherin in 119 gastric cancer patients. Results Abnormal expression of E-cadherin were found in 51.3%（61/119）and 76.5%（91/119）of the tumors, respectively. E-cadherin Abnormal expression of E-cadherin with loss of membranous immmunoreactivity was demonstrated. E-cadherin expression did not correlate with the patient＇s age, sex, TNM stage. Abnormal expression of E-cadherin n correlated with poor survival. Conclusion Abnormal expression of E-cadherin was observed in a considerable proportion of gastric cancer. E-cadherin play an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer, and they may be a useful marker of differentiation, infiltration, metastasis and prognosis in gastric cancer.
