摘　　要：网络侦查陷阱是网络时代产生的一种新型的技术侦查手段,指的是利用互联网及相关科技,在计算机网络空间用陷阱的方式引出、确定犯罪嫌疑人,实施抓捕并收集犯罪证据的手段。作为诱惑侦查的特殊形式,网络侦查陷阱在提高侦查效率的同时,也容易侵犯当事人的合法权益,因此应当通过完善立法严格限制网络侦查陷阱的使用主体、适用范围、适用对象和实施程序等。As a new type of tactical investigation in the network age, entrapment of online investigation refers to the means of endueing, identifying and arresting the suspect and collecting evidence of crime with traps in the cyberspaee with the help of the internet and relevant technology. As a special type of investigative entrapment, entrapment of online investigation may jeopardize the legal interests of the party concerned while increasing the efficiency of the investigation. Therefore legal restrictions seem urgent. Current legislation should be improved to restrain the subject, object and scope of application of entrapment of online investigation as well as the implementation procedures.
