摘 要:镀银玻璃纤维作为导电胶的填料具有广泛的应用前景。分别采用葡萄糖、甲醛和酒石酸钾钠做还原剂,通过超声处理-化学镀法制备镀银玻璃纤维,研究还原剂种类、镀覆温度以及氢氧化钠浓度对镀银玻璃纤维电阻率的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析玻璃纤维的表面形貌。结果表明,采用葡萄糖做还原剂所得银镀层均匀致密,镀银玻璃纤维电阻率最小;氢氧化钠的最佳浓度为0.2mol/L,最佳镀覆温度为50℃,在此条件下可得到电阻率为1.2297×10-4Ω·cm的镀银玻璃纤维。用镀银玻璃纤维作为导电填料制备导电胶,在添加量(质量分数)为70%时,导电胶电阻率最低达2.6237×10-3Ω·cm,说明可用该镀银玻璃纤维替代传统纯金属导电填料。Silver-coated glass fiber used as conductive adhesive filler shows wide applications. Silver-coated glass fiber was prepared by electroless plating with ultrasonic treatment method using dextrose, formaldehyde and seignette salt as reducer respectively. The effects of reducer kinds, reaction temperature and the concentration of sodium hydroxide on the resistivity of silver-coated glass fiber have been studied in the present paper. The surface microstructure of the fiber was observed by SEM. The optimum conditions were obtained as: 0.2 mol/L of sodium hydroxide and 50℃ of reaction temperature, the resistivity of the fiber with 1.2297×10^-4Ω·cm was obtained at this condition. Conductive adhesive using the silver-coated glass fiber as conductive filler was prepared also in the present study, it has been found that the resistivity is 2.6237×10^-3Ω·cm when the filler loading increases to 70% (mass fraction), which demonstrate that pure metal conductive filler can be taken placed by the silver-coated glass fiber.
