应用AFM观察不同性别、年龄人群口腔鳞状上皮细胞膜表面结构的改变

摘　　要：目的应用原子力显微镜(Atomic Force Microscope,AFM)观察正常人群的口腔鳞状上皮细胞膜表面超微结构,探讨性别、年龄对人口腔鳞状上皮细胞膜表面超微结构的影响。方法应用AFM对健康不吸烟的男性与女性的青年(20～30岁)、中年(40～50岁)、老年(60～70岁)的口腔鳞状上皮细胞细胞膜表面超微结构进行扫描。应用图象软件分析细胞膜表面的平均粗糙度、峰值、表面积差值,并应用SPSS11.5统计分析软件进行统计分析。结果同年龄组的正常男性与女性的口腔鳞状上皮细胞在外形上无显著差别。男性与女性口腔鳞状上皮细胞细胞膜表面平均粗糙度、峰值、表面积差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但各年龄组之间细胞膜表面平均粗糙度、峰值、表面积差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论年龄对人口腔鳞状上皮细胞膜表面结构无影响;性别对人口腔鳞状上皮细胞膜表面结构有影响。Objective To explore the influence of gender and age on supermicro-structure of human oral squamouscell membrane. The AFM（Atomic Force Microscope）is used to observe the oral squamous cell membrane surface ultrastructure of normal people. Methods AFM was used in scanning oral squamous ultrastructure of epithelial cell-like of the healthy non-smokers of young men and women（20-30y）,middle-aged（40-50y）,elderly（60-70y）.Analysis system of AFM was applied to measure and analyze all important cell surface targets of an average roughness,the peak（peak count） and the surface area difference.The data of statistical difference of membrane surface roughness average,peak,the surface area difference were analyzed by statistical analysis software SPSS11.5.Results There were no significant difference of oral squamous epithelial cells form of healthy men and women in the same age group.The difference between female and male oral squamous cell membrane surface roughness average,peak and difference of the surface area,has statisticsl significance（P0.05）.The cell surface average roughness,the peak and difference of the surface were compared among all age groups but there is no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions Age had no effection on the ultrastructure of normal human oral squamous epithelial cells,while sex groups had.
