论高校图书馆在构建学习型社会中的职能

摘　　要：高校图书馆拥有丰富的信息资源和较为专业的图书馆员队伍,相对公共图书馆、社区图书馆以及其他类型图书馆而言,具有自己服务对象层次稳定、文献信息资源相对雄厚、服务规格与要求相对系统和规范等优点。作为高校的文献信息中心,高校图书馆同样也是培养学习型人才和社会公众终身教育的重要基地,在构建学习型社会中承担着不可推卸的重要责任,应通过延伸传统服务,发挥自身教育职能等措施服务于学习型社会。Compared with the public library,the university library possess affluent information resources and professional librarians with unparalleled superiority,and as a university information center,it is also an important base for public lifelong education and cultivation,the university library should shoulder a historical responsibility to construct the learning-type society by extending the traditional services,playing their educational functions and other measures so as to serve the learning society.
