企业组织工程理论框架的提出与阐释

摘　　要：组织工程学不仅是应用细胞生物学和工程学的原理,研究开发修复、改善损伤组织结构和功能的生物替代物的一门科学,而且也为研究人类社会经济领域的组织功能缺损与修复提供了一种新视角。本文在分析组织工程学的发展趋势、企业组织的生物学特征的基础上,提出把组织工程学引入企业组织理论研究从而构建企业组织的组织工程学系统分析框架的构想,并着重对企业组织的组织工程学研究进行初步探讨。Tissue engineering is a science applying the principle of cytobiology and engineering to repair the damaged organizational structure and function. It also provides a new perspective for researching the organizational function impairment and restoration in the field of human and socio- economic area. Based on analyzing the biological characteristics of enterprise organizational engi- neering, the paper proposes to introduce a tissue engineering to the research of enterprise organizational engineering. The paper develops a definition and theoretical framework for enterprises or- ganizational engineering research correspondingly.
