摘　　要：本文站在企业的角度,以闭环供应链的全局视野,考察了在双寡头垄断市场中,一方进行废旧产品回收再制造时,回收产品对两种新产品的替代效应和两企业的市场占有率变化,并研究回收产品替代系数变化对企业市场份额和回收策略的影响,同时引入了政府征收废旧物品集中处理费用,考察该费用对企业市场份额和回收策略的影响。Based on the prospect of the company and the overall closed-loop supply chain, this thesis researches on how the remanufaeturing products affect the two news and how the market shares of the two companies change when one pursues on recovery strategies in the two-oligopoly market. Besides, the impact of the change in substitution coefficient on the market quota and recovery strategies is studied. The government＇s eost on dealing with waste products is introduced in the paper and how the cost influences the market quota and recovery strategies is also diseussed.
