知识流动对纺织集群企业竞争优势影响的实证研究

摘　　要：基于对某纺织产业集群的问卷调查结果,使用验证性因子分析方法对产业集聚、知识流动和集群企业竞争优势的关系做实证分析。实证结果表明,知识流动在产业集聚与集群企业竞争优势关系中具有重要的中介作用。研究还发现,集群企业间的纵向合作对知识流动和企业竞争优势的正向影响尤为显著,纺织产业集群的资源分享因素对企业竞争优势的影响相对较小,而且集群企业的产业链地位对于上述路径关系具有独特影响。The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between industrial cluster, knowledge flow and competitive advantage of firms in cluster based on the confirmatory factor analysis of questionnaires of a textile industry cluster. It is demonstrated that knowledge flow among firms in cluster has intermediary effect on the relationship between the textile industrial cluster and the competitive advantage of the firm in cluster. The results also show that the vertical co-operations has signiFwant positive influence on the knowledge flow and competitive advantage, the shared resource has small influence on the competitive advantage of the firm in cluster, and their status in value chain may influence coefficients of path between knowledge flow and competitive advantage.
