29例眼眶炎性假瘤临床病理分析

摘　　要：本文报告29例眼眶炎性假瘤,并进行临床病理分析。讨论该病的病因和分型,认为本病是一种自身免疫反应引起眼眶靶组织发生的一种非特异性增殖病变;阐明了诊断要点及本病与真性肿瘤、内分泌性突眼的鉴别要点;最后对治疗提出几点看法。This paper reports 29 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the orbit. The clinical and pathological features of them are analysed, and the etiology and classification also discussed. This article supports the theory that this disease^1s a non-specific hyperplastic lesion of the target tissues of the orbit caused by auto-immune response. Diagnosis of the disease and differential diagnosis from the genuine tumors and the endocrinic exophthalmus, and some viewpoints about the therapeutics are presented.
