住院医师/专科医师开展人文医学执业技能培训的研究

摘　　要：通过对61名轮转第三年的住院医师/专科医师开展人文医学执业技能培训的研究,结果显示:(1)对人文医学执业技能内涵的理解和认识显著加深,对人文医学执业技能培训需求程度显著提高;(2)人文意识明显提高,体现"以病人为中心"的生物、心理、社会医学模式;(3)人文医学执业技能是一个理念新、易接受、应用性强的培训体系。因此,人文医学执业技能应作为住院医师/专科医师培训的必修课,是临床实践技能重要的、不可或缺的辅助技能,是缓解当前医患关系、构建和谐社会的润滑剂。Through the nvestgation on the 61 senior diplomates participated in culturai medicine pi0f6Ssion skill training, the conclusion indicates that （1）the Understanding and recognition Of the cultural medicine profesSiOn skill are deepened significantly, and the necessity of these trainings are highly emphasized by these diplomates; （2）the conciousness of humanism is emphasized, it demonstrates the ＂ patient-oriented＂ biological-psychologicai-social medical partten.（3）cultura medicine profession skill training is proved tobea novel easily-acceptable; practical training system. Therefore, cultural medicine profession skill training should bethe compulsory course of the diplomate＇s training These skills are crucial and indispensable auxiliary skills during the medical pratice that not only can lubricate the current relationship between the patients and doctors, but a so can benef t the Constructing of the harmonious society.
