摘　　要：随着电子纤维胃镜的广泛开展,胆汁反流性胃炎的检出率和诊断率越来越高,中医从整体观念出发,辨病与辨证治疗占明显优势,中药及中西医结合治疗该病取得了较好的疗效,但在临床分型、诊断及疗效判定标准等许多方面仍不够完善。With the development of the electronic fibre endoscope, the detection and diagnosis rate of bile reflux gastritis has increased. Differentiation of disease and dialectic treatment are in the evident ascendant because of the holism concept. Though chinese traditional medicine and combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine have achieved good curative effect, it is still far from perfect in terms of clinical classification, diagnosis and the criteria of curative effect.
