摘 要:针对目前电厂锅炉燃烧系统的大滞后、强耦合及变工况等突出问题,提出了一种基于卡尔曼(CARMA)模型的自适应预测函数控制方法,通过实时辨识过程模型的参数,不断去修正预测函数控制器的参数.利用该方法对某电厂锅炉燃烧系统进行了仿真,结果表明:自适应预测函数控制方法对于多输入、多输出过程具有较好的控制效果,是一种计算简单、鲁棒性较强、控制精度高的控制方法.Aiming at the prominent problems such as large lag, strong coupling nature and variable working conditions of the existing combustion system of power plant boilers, a selbadapting predictive function control method was proposed based on CARMA model. The parameters of the predictive function controller were modified continuously according to the parameters from the real-time identification model. Simulation was carried out for the combustion system of certain power plant boiler by use of the method. Results show that the self-adapting predictive function control method has good control effect for the process when model parameters changed with time. It is a method with simple calculation, strong robustness and high accuracy.
