西部民族地区体育旅游的外部性内化研究

摘　　要：运用外部性理论,分析了西部民族地区体育旅游在社会、环境、文化等方面的外部经济与不经济性表现,指出西部民族地区体育旅游外部不经济的根源在于利益主体的自利性、参与者的有限理性、制度安排及制度规范的有限性、西部地区的普遍贫困和西部体育旅游资源的极度脆弱性,并从社会舆论、行政措施、经济措施、法律措施、自主协商等角度提出了内化外部性的解决方案。With the Exteriority Theory,the article analyzes the exterior economic feature and non-economic feature of sports tourism in western minority on society,environment and culture.The negative externality of tourism consumption results from selfishness of interest main bodies,the definite rationality of participants,limited institution arrangement,the poverty and the vulnerability of sports tourism resources in the west and so on.Finally,we can eliminate the negative externality in terms of public opinion, administrative measures, economic measures,law measures and independent consultations.
