大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：就高校职业生涯规划现状进行分析,针对高校就业指导以及高校职业生涯规划课程设置存在的若干问题提出相应改善策略:转变淡薄模糊的职业规划意识;建立完善的大学生职业生涯管理机构;全面优化大学生职业生涯规划课;完善大学生就业实习及社会实践活动。An analysis is made of the current state of professional career planning in institutions of higher education.In response to a number of problems existing in employment instruction and the set-up of curriculum of professional career planning in institutions of higher education,corresponding improvement strategies are put forward,which include the change of dim and fuzzy sense of professional planning,the establishment of perfect college student professional career administration organizations,whole-sided optimization and improvement of college students＇ professional career planning curriculum as well as the perfection of college students＇ employment practicum and social practice activities.
