摘　　要：李斯在《谏逐客书》中极力铺陈秦国利用"客卿"的力量而逐渐强大的历史事实证明了人才的重要性,从而说服了秦王收回逐客令而留在秦国,并一步步巩固了自己的政治地位,但是李斯的人才观是狭隘的、利己的,所以导致了他悲惨的人生结局。作为秦国历史上的重要人物李斯深谙"帝王之术",在使后人感受其"置郡县、车同轨、书同文"等伟大的历史功绩的同时,也让我们看到了这位政治家的自私与险恶。Admonished by Guest Book Li Si laid out the Qin country vigorously using the strength of the non -native official invited to serve at court,then gradually came to the formidable historical fact to prove the importance of person＇s talente,thus convinced the Qin king to take back the order which let people go away keeps the Qin country,and has consolidated own political status step by step.Li Si＇s talented person view was narrow,selfish,therefore,has caused his pitiful life.Knows by heart＂technique of the king＂as Qin country history,Li Si was a selfish and sinister statesman.
