摘　　要：由于我国软件外包行业的迅速发展,国外发包企业对接包组织单位的能力要求有所提高,因而软件外包过程的度量显得尤为重要.为了辅助软件接发包组织有效实施基于CMMI的软件过程度量,提出了一种外包软件过程度量模型GMDR.该模型定义了外包软件过程度量的主要过程和活动,能够支持并指导接发包组织异构数据环境下的过程度量的实施.在实际外包项目过程度量中的应用表明:GMDR模型能够解决异构数据环境的软件度量并提高外包软件过程度量的效用和系统性.The process measurement of software outsourcing is attracting more and more attention owing to the high-speed development of native software outsourcing industry and the capacity requirement of foreign outsourcing company. The paper presents a model of the process measurement of software outsourcing, namely GMDR aiming to support the outsoureing of software organization to effectively implement measurement of software process based on CMMI. This model defines the main procedures and activities in the process measurement of software outsourcing which is capable of supporting and guiding the process measurement in the heterogeneous data environment of software outsourcing organization. The application in the process measurement of practical outsourcing project indicates that GMDR model is able to solve the software measurement of heterogeneous data and improve the effectiveness and systematic ness of process measurement of software outsourcing.
