山地经济条件下农村居民点整理模式探讨——以北京市密云县为例

摘　　要：山地经济在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位,山区将是未来农村居民点的主要整理区。以北京山区密云县为例,在分析密云县山地经济现状、农村居民点现状、农村居民点用地存在问题的基础上,提出密云县农村居民点整理的四种模式:农村城镇化型、村内整理型、中心村建设型和迁村并点型。The economy of the mountainous area played an important role in China＇s national economy. The mountainous area will be the main consolidation area in the future. Taking Miyun County the mountainous area of Beijing as study case, in this paper, the status of economy and rural settlements, issue exist in rural residential land were analyzed. Then four models for rural residential land consolidation were put forward： the urbanization of rural settlement, collation village type, moving to the main village and village gather model.
