摘 要:随着作业水深和可变载荷的不断增大,深水半潜式平台立柱和浮筒的框架尺寸也在不断加大,进而使得框架强度的重要性日益提高。本文提出一整套详实可行的深水半潜平台框架强度分析方法。该方法分为三个不同的评估阶段和类型:首先,建立平台的整体三维板梁组合模型,对平台框架进行屈服强度及屈曲强度分析;然后,从整体有限元模型中截取局部框架模型,并对模型作进一步的细化处理,分析其在不同舱室压力和静水压力载荷作用下的强度;最后,依据相关船级社的规范对框架的基本尺寸进行校核。本文以某新型深水半潜平台为例,对其立柱框架进行实例计算分析,用以论证本文所提出方法的实用性。通过本文的探讨和分析,为以后类似的工作提供一定的参考依据。Along with the increasing of water depth and variable design load, the pontoon and column frame size of deepwater semisubmersible platform is ceaselessly increasing, and more and more attention is paid to frame strength. Will bring one feasible method for frame strength analysis of deepwater semisubmersible platform is brought forward in this paper. This method can be divided into three stages or types. First, together with building the overall 3-D space plate-beam combined FE model and applying all loads, the yielding strength and buckling strength are carried out. Then, after cutting out local FE model from the global model and Fine-meshing, the analysis of the model under different tank pressure and static pressure load is done. At last, according to relevant classification society rules, the frame scantling will be checked. Taking a new built rig as an example and calculation and analysis for its column frame are processed in order to prove the practicability of the method brought forward by this paper. The investigation and analysis by this paper will hopefully offer some useful reference for further works in this field.
