采用SWOT分析法探讨高校学生干部选拔方式

摘　　要：高校共青团学生干部选拔及培养工作,在高校团组织的发展和建设过程中具有重要地位。如何通过更加科学的方式,选拔出不仅拥有良好群众基础,同时拥有较强工作能力的优秀团干,以更好服务于广大青年学生,是高校共青团组织学生干部队伍建设过程中的一项重要课题。以管理科学理论中SWOT分析法的具体实际运用为例,探讨了SWOT分析法作为一种管理学分析研究方法,在高校学生干部选拔工作中具有适用性和合理性。The selection and cultivation of the Communist Youth League student cadre play an important role in the organization＇s development and construction. This article introduces the utilization of SWOT analysis in the selection process of the Communist Youth League student cadre in college, discusses the applicability and reasonableness of the application of SWOT a- nalysis in selection of the Communist Youth League student cadre in college.
