消毒威对几种菌株的杀灭效果研究

摘　　要：目的检测消毒威消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巴氏杆菌和沙门氏菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌法对几种标准菌株进行杀灭效果观察。结果20mg/L的消毒威作用5min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌可达到全部杀灭作用;对沙门氏菌可达到消毒效能;对巴氏杆菌需适当加大浓度。结论消毒威对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌及巴氏杆菌均具有快速强效杀灭作用,适用于畜禽舍内外环境的消毒。Objective Examine the killing effects of sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder to E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pasteurella and Salmonella. Methods Quantitative suspension sterilization method is employed to observe the killing effects on several standard bacterial strains. Results 20mg/L sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder can completely kill all E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus within 5 minutes and effectively kill Salmonella. As for killing Pasteurella, higher concentration is needed. Conclusion As sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder can kill E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pasteurella and Salmonella quickly and effecitvely, it can be used to disinfect poultry housing.
