摘　　要：目的探讨用速率法测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)结果失真的原因以及解决方法。方法日立7020全自动生化分析仪速率法检测ALT和AST。结果有一些ALT和AST测定结果太低甚至为负值,反应曲线异常,经过稀释后测定,其结果与稀释前相差甚远。结论遇到测定值过低甚至负值,一定要寻找原因,可通过分析反应曲线发现异常,把标本稀释后重新测定,从而避免报告结果失真。Objective Explore the reasons of false measurement of serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST） by ratemethod and solutions. Methods Use Hitachi 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer to measure ALT and AST. Results Some ALT and AST measurement results are too low even negative with an abnormal response curve. After dilution, it＇s far from the results before dilution. Conclusion If the results are too low even negative, we must look for the reasons and avoid false report after analysis of abnormal response curve and reexamination of sample dilution.
