摘　　要：当前高校学生心理问题日益增多,传统的思想政治教育模式在解决学生的思想和心理问题上已显不适应。作者对思想政治教育与心理辅导结合的重要性的作了再定位,就高校学生思想工作队伍心理辅导专业化的可行性进行了探索,并提出了在高校学生思想工作队伍中配备心理辅导员的理念与实施设想。At present,the psychological problems of university students seem more serious.However,the traditional ideological and political education patterns for solving students ideological and psychological problems seem less effective.This paper re-positions the significance of the combination of ideological and political education and psychological counseling,explores the feasibility of building professional counseling teams to handle student affairs in universities.
