老年脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白a的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:通过观察脑血管疾病患者和健康体检者的血清Hcy和Lp(a)的水平,了解脑血管疾病患者Hcy与Lp(a)的关系。方法:采用CT检查诊断为脑血管病病人89例,对照组42例,分别取血测定血清Hcy和Lp(a)的水平并比较分析结果。结果:脑血管病组患者血清Hcy水平明显高于对照组(p<0.05),而脂蛋白a与对照组无明显差。脑血管病组患者血清Hcy与Lp(a)无相关性。结论:Hcy水平与脑血管病的发病有明显相关性;测定脑血管病患者Hcy、Lp(a)水平具有重要的临床意义。Objective： To study the relationship between the serum homocystein（Hey） and Lp（a） in eerebrovascular disease,Method： Serum Hey Lp（a） were measured in 89 cases with eerebrovaseular disease and 42 in control.Result： Patients with cerebrovascular disease were found to have higher serum Hey levels than controls; There was no significant difference to Lp（a） levels between patients with cerebrovascular disease and in control.There was no correlation between total Hey and Lp（a） levels. Conclusion： The results indicate that an elevated total homocystein levelis related to cerebrovaseular disease. The determination of serum total homocystein and lipoprotein（a） may play important roles in the diagnosis ofcerebrovascular disease patients.
