摘　　要：教师职务聘任制是深化高校人事制度改革的一项重要内容。本文结合首都医科大学开展教师职务聘任制的具体实践过程，对如何继续推进并不断完善教师职务聘任制度，建设一支素质优良、结构合理、充满活力的高水平师资队伍，进行了初步的探讨。Performing engagement system is the main component of reforming personnel system in higher education. By examining present condition in higher education, this paper proposes corresponding strategies, which are regarded as reference to deeper reform of engagement system and teaching staff construction.
