医学研究生学业满意度的调查与建议

摘　　要：为了解某高校医学研究生对研究生培养现状的满意度，北京大学医学部公共教学部教学办公室自行编制了研究生满意度调查问卷，对某高校2008年毕业的医学各专业研究生进行了整群抽样调查。调查结果显示，研究生对学校研究生培养现状比较满意，评价较高；而在课程设置、社会实践、心理健康教育、管理人员服务意识、食宿条件等方面还需要改善。建议进一步开展研究生课程改革、扩大社会实践覆盖面、增加心理健康教育渠道、转变管理人员服务意识、完善后勤服务保障。This paper was to investigate the degree of educational satisfaction of the medical college postgraduate students. The methodology adopted was to make relative questionnaire from duster sampiing of all 2008 graduates of the medical school. As a result, the postgraduate students highly praised the present situation and were quite satisfied with the education program. However, in lectures, in social practice, in pastoral guiding, in administrative service or lodging condition and so on, a further improvement was desired. Therefore, it suggested to further integrate the resources of reformed lectures, enlarged social practice, pastoral guiding, administrative and catering service, plus logistics support, into a coherent edu-cation package for the students＇ well-being.
