摘　　要：阐述了参考咨询服务的内容和主要形式,指出了高校图书馆参考咨询服务的特点。在分析高校图书馆参考咨询服务发展的优势和面临的挑战的基础上,探讨了高校图书馆参考咨询服务的发展趋势。This paper expounds the contents and main forms of reference service,points out the characteristics of reference service of university library,and based on analyzing the superiorities and faced challenges of university library＇s developing reference service,probes into the development trend of reference service of university library.
