摘　　要：目的:分析讨论角膜金属异物的病因及预后,提出对角膜异物的处理方法。方法:对310例角膜金属异物患者从病因、职业、发病率、处理方法、预后等方面进行分析,得出结论。结果:角膜金属异物对视力和眼球危害性较大,遗留角膜薄翳、斑翳或角膜白斑者92例,占复诊病例的35.52%。结论:角膜金属异物在工业发达地区发病率高,需要高度重视对角膜异物的预防和保健。主张患者增强眼的保健意识,发生角膜异物尽早就诊,尽量减少并发症的发生;企业和工厂加强工人的安全生产意识,定期进行眼保健知识的培训。Objective： To analyze and discuss the etiology and prognosis of metallic corneal foreign body, put forward treatment of corneal foreign bodies. Methods： The cause of metal, occupation, morbidity, treatment, prognosis and other aspects of 310 cases with corneal foreign body were analyzed, then reached a conclusion. Results： Metallic corneal foreign bodies of the dangers of visual acuity and eye, and the remaining corneal nebula, macula or cornea were 92 cases of leukoplakia, they accounted for 35.52% of cases referral. Conclusion： Metallic corneal foreign body in the industrial areas of high incidence of the need to attach great importance to the prevention of corneal foreign bodies and health care. Patient advocates to enhance the awareness of eye health, the occurrence of corneal foreign bodies as soon as possible for medical, to minimize the occurrence of complications; enterprises and factories enhances awareness of safety in production workers, regular training of eye care knowledge.
