摘  要:断"皇粮"走市场,中国出版业正在经历一场前所未有的大变革。建立适应出版集团现状,接轨市场、激励有效、科学合理、易于操作的集团化薪酬体系是变革的首要任务。为此,我们应了解出版业薪酬现状,对薪酬改革进行充分理解,找出思路,定出目标,设计一套体现出资者管理、以市场为导向、以利润绩效为指标、以企业长远发展为原则的薪酬体系。正确处理国家、企业、员工、经营者四者的利益关系,使得薪酬分配兼顾外部公平、内部竞争,真正起到有效地激励作用。Off "imperial grain" Walking the market, China's publishing industry is experiencing an unprecedented major changes.
