摘 要:电网拓扑错误会影响状态估计的精度,甚至会使状态估计不收敛。文中提出了转移潮流法拓扑错误辨识法,利用当前时刻的遥测数据与基态进行比较就可以得到转移潮流。通过分析转移潮流与网络拓扑变化的关系以及不良数据的影响,给出了单一支路的拓扑错误和多不良数据的辨识方法,从而可以提高状态估计的精度。文中给出了一个实际电网的计算实例。Topology errors of power network can affect the accuracy and may even lead to non-convergence of state estimation. This paper proposes a transfer power flow method for topology error identification. Using this method, by comparing the current telemetry data with the result of the base state estimation, the transfer power flow can be obtained. The paper also introduces a method to tackle cases of single line topology error and multiple bad measurements by analyzing the relationship between transfer power flow and the change of topology, as well as the effect of bad data, so as to improve the accuracy of state estimation. Its performances are highlighted via simulations performed on a real power network.
