摘 要:采用紫外分光光度法测定鱼腥草中总黄酮成分含量作为考察指标,用正交设计法优化鱼腥草提取工艺条件,并用抑菌活性试验考察超声波法对总黄酮成分的影响。结果表明鱼腥草总黄酮的最适宜提取工艺为在超声功率500W条件下,用10倍量60%(体积分数)的乙醇提取10min,鱼腥草总黄酮的得率达到了1.86%。抑菌试验表明超声波法提取物有较明显的抑菌活性,并且与回流法提取物相比没有明显差异,表明超声法提取对黄酮的活性没有影响。超声提取鱼腥草总黄酮工艺简单可行,方法重现性好,且超声波对总黄酮成分无影响,适用于工业化生产。To optimize extraction process of total flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata Thumb. by ultrasonic treatment, the contents of total flavonoids were used as markers, and the infuence of ultrasonic treatment on the antibacterial property of total flavonoids was tested. The optimum extracting procedure for total flavonoids was the drug powder treated 10 min under 500 W, extracted by 60% alcohol with 10 times of the amount to drug weight, and the average extract rate of the total flavonoids was about 1.86%. The tests on antibiotic action show that the extracts by ultrosonic treatment have strong effect on five normal bacteria. The optimized process was stable, workable and applicable for industrial production.
