摘　　要：栅格是一种新兴的计算基础设施,被称为第三代Internet。它通过互联网把分散在不同地理位置的电脑整合成一台巨大的超级计算机,实现计算资源、存储资源、信息资源和通信资源等的全面共享和协作。构建一个信息栅格需要解决许多关键问题,其中如何根据信息栅格应用需求对通信网络资源进行管理是很重要的一个方面。Grid is regarded as the third generation of Intemet. It is a new computing infrastructure, which integrates the computers of different location into a super computer through Intemet. This can achieve the thorough share and collaboration of computing, storing, information, communication resource and so on. Many important problems must be resolved for the design of a information grid, and one of these is howto manage the network resource on need of the requirement of grid application.
