摘　　要：基于知识增长的观点，将知识有机整合过程划分为受激、知识基因认知、融知、知识有机重构和知识扩散五个阶段，进而构建知识有机整合的过程模型，并通过丰田开发混合动力车普锐斯的案例研究，佐证该模型为组织的知识整合实践提供一个可操作的管理框架。Based on knowledge increase, the process model of organic knowledge integration is put forward, including five stages： being stimulated, knowledge gene cognition, knowledge convening, organic knowledge reconfiguration and knowledge diffusion. This offers an operational framework for the integration practice of enterprises by the case of Toyota.
