脾酪氨酸激酶Syk在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:检测脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)在子宫内膜良、恶性增生组织中的表达情况,探讨Syk的表达在子宫内膜癌生长和转移中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV 6000法检测正常增生期及不同病变子宫内膜组织中Syk蛋白表达情况。结果:Syk在子宫内膜癌组织中表达明显减弱,其阳性率为42%,显著低于正常子宫内膜、单纯型及复杂型增生子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜组织(100%,88.9%,73.3%;P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组Syk表达率显著低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜由良性到恶性增生的演变过程中,Syk蛋白表达呈下降趋势,提示Syk可作为子宫内膜恶性变的生物学参考指标之一。Objective：To detect the expression of spleen tyrosine kinase （Syk） in benign and malignant endometri- urn,and to evaluate the effects of the Syk expression in endometrial carcinoma on tumor growth and metastasis, and the correlation between the Syk expression and the clinical features of the tumor. Methods ：PV6000 immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expressions of Syk protein in normal endometrial tissues and various endometrial changes tissues specimens. Results：The rate of positive Syk expression in endometrial carcinoma （42.0%）reduced significantly,and was lower significantly than that in normal endometrial tissues, endometrial simple hyperplasia and endome- trial complex hyperplasia tissues and atypical hyperplasia tissues separately（100 %,88.9%,73.3% ;P〈0.05） ; The Syk protein expression was negatively correlated to lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The expression of Syk is on descending trend in evolution process of endometrium from binign to malignant. The reduced or lost expressions of Syk rnay play an important role in suppressing growth and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma, and indicate that the expression of Svk is correlated with malignant chang of endometrium.
