摘　　要：目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)及β-连环素(β-catenin)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测Survivin、uPA和β-catenin在49例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达情况。结果:Survivin、uPA和β-catenin在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率分别为69.4%、77.6%和61.2%。Survivin的表达与组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度有关;uPA的表达与组织病理分级和子宫肌层浸润深度有关;β-catenin的表达与组织病理分级及子宫肌层浸润深度有关。三者在子宫内膜癌中的表达具有相关性。结论:Survivin、uPA和β-catenin与子宫内膜癌的发展、侵袭相关;三者共同作用促进子宫内膜癌的发展和侵袭。Objective： To explore the expression levels and significance of Survivin, uPA and β - catenin in endometrial carcinoma. Methods： The expression levels of Survivin, uPA and β - eatenin in 49 cases with endometrial carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results： The positive rates of Sulvivin, uPA and β - catenin in endometrial carcinoma were 69.4% , 77.6% and 61.2%, respectively. The expression levels of Survivin, uPA and β -eatenin were related to histological grades and myometrial infiltration. There was a correlation among Survivin, uPA and β - eatenin in endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion： Survivin, uPA and β - eatenin are related to development and invasion of endometrial carcinoma, the comprehensive effects of Survivin, uPA and β - eatenin promote the development and invasion of endometrial carcinoma.
