摘　　要：药品比例高居不下已成为目前我国各个医院所共同面临的难题。本文把对药品比例过高问题的研究和医院住院病人各种费用的深入分析与医院当前的医疗保险存在的问题联系起来,客观系统地分析了造成药品费用过高的原因,根据医院目前的现状,实事求是地查找医院医保费用管理中存在的问题,试图找到解决医院医保费用的有效途径。The increasing proportion of prescribed drugs has become one of the most problematic issues hospitals in China have to race. Ires article is based on the issue of increasing proportion of prescribed drugs; in connection with analyzing the cost for inpatient, as well as the existing problems occuring within the health insurance system, to analyse systematically the cause of rapid increase of drug costs. Based on the present situation, this article will find out the existing problems among the management for health insurance cost, and try to find an effective solution to the issue of health insurancecost.
