摘　　要：通过对大量复杂采购活动进行分析,企业管理者发现采购环节存在着很大的利润空间,通过正确的运作和管理,可以降低企业的生产经营成本,大幅度提高企业的经济效益和综合竞争力,实现企业的可持续发展。Carrying on the analysis to massive complex purchase, the enterprise manager discovered the very big profit space among purchase links. Correct operation and management, may reduce enterprise＇s production operation cost, raise enterprlse＇s economic efficiency and the synthesis competitive power by a large margin, realizing enterprise＇s sustainable development.
