L-苏糖酸亚铁改善人体营养性缺铁性贫血的试验观察

摘　　要：选择8～13岁学龄儿童30例，用北京巨能公司生产的L－苏糖酸亚铁片剂治疗，实验组每人每天口服2片，对照组用安慰剂代替。分别于试验前和实验30天后检测血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞内游离原卟啉（FER）、血清铁蛋白（SF）及红细胞计数（RBC）。结果表明，实验组在补铁前后的以上各项指标变化达到了极显著的差异（P＜0.01），L－苏糖酸亚铁改善营养性缺铁性贫血保健功能有效率为80％。Thirty cases 8 to 13 years old school--age children were chosen to treat with ferrous L--threonate of Beijing Juneng Company and were administered two times a day, one tableteach time, for 30 days. Control group consisted of 30 cases and were treated with placebo bythe same method. The results of Hb, FEP, SF and RBC measured before and after the treat-ment which showed that the variation of each item for treatment group reaches the level ofunderstandingly significant difference (P<O. 01) and the effective rate of improving the caseof iron deficiency anemia is as high as 80%.
