摘 要:对引入膜分离技术取代传统甜菊糖甙生产工艺进行了研究。把甜菊叶浸泡液过一级膜除杂,再经过二级膜浓缩,经过大孔吸附树脂后喷雾干燥得到产品甜菊糖甙,检测得此改进工艺所得甜菊糖甙纯度和回收率均高于传统生产工艺,是有效可行的。此方法简化了甜菊糖甙生产工艺,提高了生产效率,给企业带来更高的效益的同时实现了清洁生产。Using membrane separation technology to replace the flocculation of traditional steviosides production technics. The sweet stevia immersion was purified by the first membrane equipment, and then concentrated by the second membrane equipment, after passing through big hole adsorption rosin used spray evaporation to obtained steviosides. It's detected that the purity and harvest rate of stcviosides were higher than traditional production technics, the method was viable. It predigested steviosides production technics and heightened production efficiency. It took more benefit for corporation and realized cleanness production.
